Why is the message indicator light on but there are no messages in my voicemail?

  • On KX-T763x, KX-DTxxx or KX-NTxxx model phones, press your message button and then press the soft key under the screen of your phone that says clear. Continue to press clear until the message light extinguishes. If you have a KX-T7667, please press INTERCOM, then dial *700 followed by your extension number, then #
  • On KX-T74xx or KX-T72xx model phones, press INTERCOM, then dial 700 followed by your extension number

Why are my calls are not forwarding to voicemail?

  • On KX-T763x, KX-DTxxx or KX-NTxxx model phones, press INTERCOM, then dial *7104 followed by your voicemail extension number (default 165), then #
  • On KX-T74xx or KX-T72xx model phones, press INTERCOM, then dial 7104 followed by your voicemail extension number (default 165)
